Biography

Engr. Umair Ayaz Kamangar is a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Systems Engineering at Sukkur IBA University with over six years of teaching and research experience. His expertise includes Generative AI, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Software Engineering. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science and serves as the FYP Coordinator in the Department of Computer Systems Engineering, SIBAU, as well as Patron of the Computer Systems Engineering Society. Engr. Umair holds an M.E. in Software Engineering from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro, with an impressive CGPA of 3.89, and a B.E. in Software Engineering from the same university, where he secured 84.23% marks (3.75 CGPA). He has successfully executed a funded project under the Sindh HEC for Robotics and Automation Lab (PKR 3.5 million). His research portfolio comprises five impact factor journal publications and eight journal/conference papers. He has also received multiple honors, including the Outstanding Paper Award for his research presented at the ICONI 2020 Conference in South Korea.
