Biography
Dr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro is Assistant Professor (HRM/OB) at Sukkur IBA University. He completed his Ph.D. from Aix-Marseille University, France. His research interests include work stress, employee wellbeing, burnout, organizational justice, and work ethics.
