Biography

Dr. Rind has more than 12 years experience of in education-related fields including K-12 and higher education. He earned a Ph.D. in Education Leadership, Culture, and Curriculum from Miami University in 2022 and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Northern Colorado in 2016. Dr. Rind developed scholarships in the field of education policy and evaluation, Equity and Social justice in education, comparative education, and public-private partnerships in education. His Ph.D. dissertation focus was the Evaluation of the public-private partnerships in Education in the context of Pakistan achieving the goals of access, quality, and equity. At Sukkur IBA Dr. Rind mainly teaches courses are: Contemporary Trends and Issues in Education, Education Policy and Reforms, Curriculum Development, and Leadership for Equity and Justice at the undergraduate and MPhil level. In addition to teaching, Dr. Rind has won and implemented several education-related research grants and has extensive experience in conference presentations and networking with several stakeholders including ministries of education, international organizations, development partners, and local stakeholders supporting in achieving the educational goals.
