Biography
Mr. Kazmi studies human resource planning and execution. His current interest focuses more on Entrepreneurship - Chinese Business Practices from an international trade perspective. Mr. Kazmi is an effective case study writer and is one of the pioneering case study instructors at Sukkur IBA. His research emphasis more on Entrepreneurship, Change Management, Human Resource Management, Leadership and Motivation. His curiosity in teaching brings more fun and creativity during his lectures, He concentrates more on participant-centered learning using role-plays, movies, cases and simulations. Mr. Kazmi also work as a corporate trainer and consultant on various matters of Human Resource Management and Leadership. He has conducted several in-house and out-house training sessions for both Private and Public clients. Mr. Kazmi has recently finished his academic tour from China, where he developed cross cultural understanding and global entrepreneurial skills. There he worked closely with the top management of ICBC Head Office in Beijing and has done various academic projects with leading Chinese companies like SinoPec, CFDA, Danfoss, China Coal and mining company and Thai Airways(China).
