  | National ICT Scholarships Program |
 Scholarships 
IBA Sukkur belives that no exceptionally qualified student should be deprived of IBA education due to his/her financial constraints. IBA strives to provide financial assistance to as many students as possible on the basis of both need and merit. freeships and merit scholarships are provided to outstanding students. IBA Sukkur also arranges scholarships from HEC-USAID and different Govenment Resourses.
The following scholarships are offered to the students
1. HEC USAID Scholarships (Need based Scholarship)
2. HEC JICA (Need based Scholarship)
3. Sind Government Endowment Scholarship (Need based Scholarship)
4. Khushhali Bank Scholarship (Need based Scholarship)
5. Memon Scholarship (Need & performance based Scholarship)
6. IBA Sukkur Scholarship (Need & performance based Scholarship)
7. National information & communication technology scholarship program
   -NICTSP  (Need &   Performance based Scholarship) - Only for computer science
    and telecomm students.
8. National Bank Loan (Need based Scholarship)
9. LU Continental Biscuits Scholarship (Need based Scholarship)
10. Sindh Government Scholarship (Performance based scholarship)

 
Student will apply for the scholarship on prescribed form. System will generate the list of potential candidate based on following criteria,
Total annual income of the family.
  • Total annual expenditure of the family.
  • Total no of vehicles own by the family.
  • Accommodation (rented or own).
  • Type of accommodation (house/flat).
  • Bank balance.
  • Other assets.
  • Institutional Scholarship Management - ISM committee recommends students for scholarships and final decision will be taken by the donors except NICT scholarship in which students are selected by the NICT. A student can take only one scholarship at a time.
