Dr. Shah has 24 years of teaching and research experience at university level. He is involved in research and produced Four M. Phil students in the disciplines of Information technology and management sciences and 4 more students are registered with him for M. Phil/Ph. D programs. He has also supervised 45 Masters degree projects. He has published 40 research papers in national and international journals and conference proceedings. Research methodologies, multimedia, multiplexing and speech Packetization has been areas of his research interest. He has over ten years administrative experience as Head of computer department, controller of examinations (additional charge) and as Dean of Faculty of Computer and Management Sciences. Dr. Shah is member of various professional bodies at various universities of Pakistan. He has been a reviewer of research projects of HEC and also reviewed books published by HEC. He has been appointed as an external examiner for PhD, M. Phil and Master of Engineering (ME) students at various reputable universities of Pakistan. Currently he is working as Professor and Head of IT Department at Sukkur IBA.

Dr Shah is a motivated and dedicated academician with 17 years technical and management experience, gained in both academic and industrial positions. He joined Sukkur IBA as an Associate Professor in August 2006. His areas of specialization include; Satellite and Mobile communications, Computer Architecture, E-Commerce, International Business and System level design.

Mr. Khand has sixteen years of teaching experience at University level. Before joining the Sukkur IBA the year 2001 Mr. Khand worked at Mehran University as Assistant Professor and at Simens Pakistan Limited Karachi. His areas of interest are: Object Oriented Programming, Database Management, Mobile Computing, OOAD using UML. His research areas are: Wireless LANs, & Mobile agent. He is member of various professional organizations. IEEE, ACM & PEC.

Mr Soomro has been working in the field of Information Technology since 2003 at Leading companies of Pakistan and Abroad.He has done an MSc. in Computer Networks from United Kingdom.
He has been working with Sukkur IBA since July 2009. He worked as an IS Manager in NTMS, United Kingdom before joining IBA, and has worked with varoius organizations. Apart from industerial expereince, Mr Soomro has worked as visiting faculty with different institutes and has taught different computer science and Telecomminication courses at undergraduate and graduate levels. His areas of interest are Computer NEtworks, Wireless mobile Network & Protocols for Adhoc Networks.

Mr. Laghari has joined Sukkur Institute of Business Administration as Lab Engineer. His areas of Interest are: Electronics Circuit analysis, Data communication and Networking, Optical Fiber Communication, Matlab® based simulations, Power Management in 2.5G and 3G communication systems and modern trends in telecommunication. Mr. Laghari has also done good work at Giga bit Passive Optical Networks (GPON) technology.

Engineering Department His Areas of Specialization include; Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN), Security Issues in WSN
and all Ad-hoc Networks Engr. Sodhro also working on Fibber Optic Communication Systems, OFDMA, W-CDMA, DSP,
Network Security& Cryptography, Signals and Systems, Microwave Engineering and MATLAB base Simulation.

MR. Sharjeel Afridi has Joined Sukkur Institute of Business Administration as Lecturer in August 2009. Before Joining Sukkur IBA MR Sharjeel Worked At Sindh University as a Research Associate. He also had a Working Experience of 8 Months in Huawei Telecom as a BSS Engineer.
