Dr. Shah has 24 years of teaching and research experience at university level. He is involved in research and produced Four M. Phil students in the disciplines of Information technology and management sciences and 4 more students are registered with him for M. Phil/Ph. D programs. He has also supervised 45 Masters degree projects. He has published 40 research papers in national and international journals and conference proceedings. Research methodologies, multimedia, multiplexing and speech Packetization has been areas of his research interest. He has over ten years administrative experience as Head of computer department, controller of examinations (additional charge) and as Dean of Faculty of Computer and Management Sciences. Dr. Shah is member of various professional bodies at various universities of Pakistan. He has been a reviewer of research projects of HEC and also reviewed books published by HEC. He has been appointed as an external examiner for PhD, M. Phil and Master of Engineering (ME) students at various reputable universities of Pakistan. Currently he is working as Professor and Head of IT Department at Sukkur IBA.

Dr. Khand has more than 12 years working/research experience in Academia and Industries in the field of Information Technology.  He joined Sukkur IBA as an Associate Professor in March 2006.

His research interest includes mainly Sketch-Based Interfaces and Modeling, Human Interface Based on Soft Computing, CAD based Freehand Drawing Systems. He is also an author and co-author of numerous research papers published in various
International journals and conference proceedings. Moreover, he had presented has work in various international Conferences.

Mr. Memon has more than 7 years of experience in academia and industry. He is working with Sukkur IBA since November 2006. He was ICT consultant in ADPC, Bangkok before joining IBA and has worked on various roles in various organizations such as IT Consultant in AIT Serve Bangkok and Lecturer and Programmer in Isra University Hyderabad. Mr Memon taught various computer science courses at undergraduate and graduate level, presented research papers at international level in Japan and USA, organized numerous trainings and workshops and have broad knowledge and experience of various computer technologies, software/web development, relational databases and object-oriented system analysis and design. Mr. Memon Current Research interests are Semantic Web, Ontology Based Systems and Information Retrieval.

Mrs. Faria is a pioneer faculty member of Sukkur IBA. She has 10 years of teaching experience at Sukkur IBA She has coordinated and arranged various seminars & Sports events at Sukkur IBA. Her areas of interests are: Artificial Intelligence, Computer Architecture, Software Engineering, Operations research, MIS & Digital Logic.

Mr Doudpota has 6 and half years of teaching experience at university level. He joined Sukkur IBA in January 2005. Before being part of Sukkur IBA, Mr Doudpota, served at Isra University Hyderabad as Lecturer for 2 and half years. He has published 6 research papers in various conferences in the field of computer Science and Telecommunications. Currently his areas of research are Online Trust Negotiation using Semantic Web, Multimedia Data Mining, Video Indexing and Retrieval.

Mr. Hafiz Muhammad Khalid Shafi has thirteen years of teaching experience at School level. He is working in Sukkur IBA since last seven years. His areas of interest are Islamic Studies, Pakistan Studies, Pakistan History and Philosophy of Islam.

Mr. Shaikh has teaching experience of 4 years at University level & three years experience of Software Development; he is working with Sukkur IBA since August 2006. His areas of interests are: web based programming, Computer Networks, Data Communication & Operating system concepts.

Mr. Chachar has an experience of Language teaching at Degree level for three years. He has been serving at Sukkur IBA since June 2006.
His areas of interest are:- English Grammar, Communication Skills, Business, Technical and creative writings.

Mr. Naqvi has been teaching English language since 1994 at various colleges in Sindh. For last five years he has been rendering his services as a visiting faculty member in this institution. From 19th August 2009, he has joined SIBA as a regular faculty member in the department of Information technology. What makes him at par, apart from his in depth knowledge of his subject, is his caring attitude and his spirit of ownership for this institution. He never believes in silo building. He is a man of ideas and loves to take initiatives. MORPHOLOGY, ENGLISH PHONETICS, SOCIO LINGUISTICS and BUSINESS ENGLISH are his areas of interest. He is also coordinator for Sunday English course (SEFA).

Mr. Waqas has 2 years teaching experience as Visiting Lecturer at Sir Syed Govt Girls College Karachi , four years as a Instructor at Academy of Business Computers Karachi and three years working experience as IT Manager at Green Crescent Trust Karachi. His areas of interest are Theory of Automata, Compilers Construction, Programming Languages and Operating System Designs.
