Dr. Khand has more than 12 years working/research experience in Academia and Industries in the field of Information Technology. He joined Sukkur IBA as an Associate Professor in March 2006.
His research interest includes mainly Sketch-Based Interfaces and Modeling, Human Interface Based on Soft Computing, CAD based Freehand Drawing Systems. He is also an author and co-author of numerous research papers published in various
International journals and conference proceedings. Moreover, he had presented has work in various international Conferences.

Mr. Khand has sixteen years of teaching experience at University level. Before joining the Sukkur IBA the year 2001 Mr. Khand worked at Mehran University as Assistant Professor and at Simens Pakistan Limited Karachi. His areas of interest are: Object Oriented Programming, Database Management, Mobile Computing, OOAD using UML. His research areas are: Wireless LANs, & Mobile agent.
