A 03 days comprehensive Orientation/ Socialization program for newly appointed employees of Sukkur IBA/ IBA Community College, Jacobabad has been successfully conducted from 29th March, 2012 to 31st March, 2012. The Director Sukkur IBA inaugurated the programme which was followed by the Orientation lectures by all the heads of departments/ sectional heads and the knowledge based lectures by the HR faculty members. Second half of 3rd day was especially reserved for physical visits of all the departments / sections by the newly on- boarding employees. The participants highly appreciated and lauded all the proceedings of programme verbally as well as in their Happy Sheets (feed- back forms). The programme was concluded with the distribution of participation certificates among the participants by the Director, Sukkur IBA.
